Buyer pay shipping and handling fees. Product is shipped from Hong Kong using HongKong Post in secure sealed and unmarked package. We are not liable for damage or lost during transit, therefore, using registered post is our standard. A signature is required on receipt.  In case your country do not provide online postage service, insurance option will be required.

Warranty:

• Guaranteed against DOA. If you feel that your item is defective, you must contact us within 24 hours from receipt of products and we will send you an exchange or refund upon receipt of the defective item. Defective items can only be returned after obtaining RMA# from us. However, shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

• All accessories and original package must be included for RMA.

Limitation of warranty
Please note that we will not responsible to provide free repair if the product defect be caused by any of the following factors:
(1) Damage be caused of a natural calamity.
(2) Product had been repaired or taken apart by unauthorized technical staff.
(3) Warranty label missing or has been fractured.
(4) Product serial number is not conforming to our original system or label had been fractured.
(5) Not following instructions in user’s manual correctly.
